Refund policy

At OXX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original OXX tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, custom-printed drops, and innerwear cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit within a certain number of days.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
